An established US listed multinational in the distribution and manufacturing sector is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to lead finance operations across six markets in the APAC region. This is a newly created position, high-impact role responsible for regional financial consolidation, finance business partnering and treasury management.

Description
Reporting to the APAC Finance Director, you will:
Develop and execute financial strategies, models, forecasts, and budgets aligned with regional objectives
Lead the consolidation of financial results across APAC markets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
Manage treasury and funding operations, including cash flow forecasting, credit facilities, and regulatory covenant compliance
Ensure strong internal controls, compliance with US GAAP (and local standards)
Collaborate with finance teams across multiple markets to drive process improvements and standardisation
Provide financial guidance to regional leadership and support key business initiatives
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, with professional qualification in CA, CPA, ACCA etc
At least 12 years of working experience, preferably in a multinational environment
Proven expertise in regional financial planning, consolidation, treasury operations, and strategic funding
Technical competency and hands on application of US GAAP
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills
Strategic business partner with strong leadership qualities to bring clarity amidst uncertainty
Willingness to travel occasionally within APAC
