About Our Client
We are a global multinational operating within the manufacturing sector. It is known for its extensive regional presence and commitment to delivering quality products and services to its clients. The Singapore operations serve as a strategic hub for both investment holdings and regional manufacturing oversight. They are now looking for a seasoned and strategic Regional Finance Manager which combines financial leadership, operational insight, and strategic partnering to drive performance across diverse business structures.
Job Description
Lead the finance function for a business unit comprising sales and manufacturing entities in Singapore
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across all entities
Ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and cost control for manufacturing operations
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to analyze production efficiency, margin performance, and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
Support strategic initiatives including capital investments, M&A evaluations, and intercompany structuring
Manage external audits, tax filings, and year-end closings
Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting, and governance
Mentor and guide junior finance staff or outsourced support teams
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA/CA preferred)
At least 8 years of progressive finance experience, with exposure in sales & manufacturing entities and costing
Strong understanding of Singapore financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
