Financial Professional

We are looking for a skilled financial professional to join our team. As a regional finance expert, you will play a key role in coordinating among various country finance heads and driving strategic business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience across financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controllership, and commercial finance, with a strong background in the retail or FMCG industry.

  • Develop and implement centralized forecasting processes to provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Design and standardize reporting structures and templates to enhance clarity and consistency.
  • Leverage Hyperion HFM and other reporting tools to support and troubleshoot for country teams.
  • Play a key role in designing the FP&A operating model to align with the company's centralized planning structure.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
