Job Title: Regional Finance Director
The Role: We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance and operations of our regional offices. Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to support business growth and expansion.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and optimize cash flow across regional portfolio companies, ensuring liquidity and capital allocation align with business objectives.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with expense policies and business goals.

Investment Support and Due Diligence:

Provide expert financial analysis and due diligence support to investment teams for potential investments.

Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:

Present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting portfolio performance and potential risks.

Process Improvement and Team Leadership:

Continuously review and improve financial processes, systems, and reporting mechanisms to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in regional management positions.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with local and international accounting standards, as well as regulatory requirements in APAC markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
