Regional Finance Director
What this job involves?

The Regional Finance Director is a member of the Regional Leadership team for the Client Account and is responsible for managing effective forecast, reporting, analytics, and budget management in line with contractual requirements for the client, JLL.

The role is critical to the success of the Client relationship through driving informed decisions based on the current spend plan, navigating through Client priorities, market conditions, and strategic business plans. The role also emphasizes continuous process improvement, innovation through fact-based decision-making, and driving cost efficiencies. This position offers an opportunity to work across various areas related to a regional real estate portfolio, including facility management, building operations, transaction management, project management, and real estate portfolio planning to meet Client and JLL goals regionally.

The responsibilities include delivering comprehensive financial services, supporting resource efficiency, managing regional financial operations, and ensuring compliance and policy adherence.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Strategic Direction: Provide strategic financial advice, act as liaison with Client's Finance teams, and seek innovations to add value.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and manage client relationships, ensure service delivery, and foster teamwork and transparency.
  • Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop the finance team, ensuring high morale and performance.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budget setting, forecasting, and financial data management.
  • Invoice Payment & Processing: Manage invoice processing and accounts receivable to meet client deliverables.
  • Controls & Compliance: Maintain controls, policies, and audit readiness.
  • Business Case Modelling and Solutioning: Identify revenue opportunities and support new business proposals.
Key Performance Measures
  • Budget delivery, forecast accuracy, contract implementation, savings, profitability, client satisfaction, audit compliance.
Candidate Profile

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, organizational agility, financial expertise, client management skills, and relevant experience in finance, ideally with multi-country and regional organization exposure. Qualifications include CPA, MBA, or equivalent.
