Job Description

Role Overview

As theRegional Finance Director, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial health and strategy of the company's operations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. You will report directly to theManaging Directorand work closely with key stakeholders to support business expansion and investment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the region.
  • Provide strategic business partnering and financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Oversee project costing and financial management for large-scale, high-CAPEX projects.
  • Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and risk management across the region.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and cost control measures.
  • Support infrastructure setup financing, working closely with stakeholders to optimize funding structures.
  • Manage and mentor a regional finance team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum10+ yearsof experience in finance leadership roles, with a strong background in project costing and high CAPEX environments.
  • Regional experiencecovering multiple countries, preferably including Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  • Strongbusiness partneringskills with a track record of supporting senior leadership in financial decision-making.
  • Experience insetting up plants, infrastructure finance, or large-scale capital investment projectsis highly desirable.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualifications are a plus.
