The Company

Our client is a high-growth organization within the Integrated Supply Chain and Logistics Technology sector, with strong expansion plans across Southeast Asia. As part of their continued growth journey, they are seeking a Regional Finance Director to partner closely with the CEO and Board of Directors in driving the financial strategy and operational excellence of the business.

The Role

Reporting to the CEO and Board of Director, you will lead a team in overseeing the full spectrum of finance across multiple SEA markets as well as lead the scaling of finance operations to support the company's regional expansion and international growth plans which includes:

  • Design and implementation of robust financial processes, internal controls, and compliance frameworks to support rapid growth.
  • Supporting business scaling through in-depth financial analysis, modeling, and dashboard creation for management reporting.
  • Drive process improvements, ERP system implementation, and deployment of BI tools.
  • Manage banking relationships, debt financing, and support investor relations, including preparation of board and investor materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and functional heads to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS industry with exposure to inventory will be highly preferred
  • Proven track record in leading and managing finance teams across multiple geographies.
  • The role involves regular travel within Southeast Asia, including the ability to be stationed in-country for several weeks as needed.
  • Ability to converse in Bahasa Melayu / Bahasa Indonesia will be highly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a hands-on and proactive leadership style.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
