An established regional bank with a strong presence in Asia is seeking a dynamic **Head of Treasury Sales**to lead the growth of its Treasury and Markets Unit (TMU), partnering closely with corporate clients and Relationship Managers. **Responsibilities**:

- Meet annual financial goals in line with the department’s budget and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to acquire new clients and manage existing corporate relationships.
- Conduct client due diligence and deliver timely market insights and analysis.
- Recommend and execute FX and interest rate hedging strategies using derivatives.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, regulatory guidance, and internal policies.
- Handle additional matters as instructed by senior management.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in Treasury and Markets.
- Proven track record in client engagement and solution delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and customer-centric mindset to deliver tailored solutions.
