We are seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all aspects of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Manage risk assessments, progress claims, materials submissions, and shop drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and as-built drawings for projects.
Required Skills:
