Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with experience in mega civil/construction projects as a main contractor.
  • They will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including headquarters and government agencies.
  • A good understanding of project flow knowledge is essential, as well as the ability to work long hours and flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays when required.
About the Role

This role involves:

  • Evaluating labor costs, man hours, and manpower requirements against budget constraints.
  • Planning and preparing baseline schedules that include cost loading, resource loading, progress updates, and cash flow.
  • Ensuring projects are completed within specified timelines and budgets while adhering to contract quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Producing and maintaining accurate project schedules and understanding schedule resource loading.
  • Managing the entire financial cycle, including vendor purchase orders, client cost proposals, and invoices.
  • Administering budgets, tracking, and reporting project finances.
  • Planning and executing systems, resources, and staff to support project and market schedules.
  • Creating control budgets and reviewing and authenticating cost reports and change notices.
  • Monitoring functional staffing plans and supporting the hiring of project controls personnel on estimates, expenditures, and cost commitments accurately.
  • Reviewing overall project status with the Project Management team and recommending corrective action where necessary.
Requirements
