**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan construction schedule and oversee implementation at site.
- Follow up the master line program and closely monitor site progress.
- Prepare and review construction and shop drawings, technical proposals, and method statements to understand the design and detailing.
- Work closely with the Designer, Project Manager, Manager, and sub-contractor to ensure on-time delivery of the project within budget and with good quality
- Ensure safety compliance and Quality Control
- Manage projects' design, planning, and construction functions and A&A works.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies when required to ensure that projects comply with legal requirements.
- Site management - ensure proper command and control of the site including but not limited to site SOP, cleanliness & workplace safety; project running at minimum resources, minimum wastage, and maximum efficiency.
- Conduct site surveys during various stages of the construction project e.g., Pre-con, site walk, handover, defect rectification, etc

**JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)**
- Diploma in Interior Design/ Building/Architecture or related disciplines with minimum 2 years of relevant experience at the managerial level
- Meticulous, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
- Strong relevant experience, managing full-scale construction stages in Singapore.
- Knowledge and understanding of public sector procedures, including different roles of respective authorities, agencies, and procurement requirements, will be advantageous.
- Resourceful and able to multi-task
