We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex construction projects.

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional who can manage multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the construction process from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project are coordinated and executed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is met and projects are completed to the required standard.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and encouraging feedback and ideas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
