Experienced Project Lead for Complex Construction Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to oversee various aspects of projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
- Possess a degree or diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Develop knowledge of Fire Protection systems.
- Accurately understand and interpret 2D drawings.
- Work effectively under pressure and tight schedules.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Plan, organize, supervise, and liaise closely with subcontractors.
- Prepare material orders and arrange delivery to site.
- Develop shop drawings and material submissions.
- Assist the Project Manager and handle technical/site issues.
