Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the full cycle delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans ensuring timely, within-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project resources effectively, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate site works, ensuring compliance with specifications and briefs.
  • Ensure successful project handover to clients.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in managing complex construction projects.
  • Strong technical expertise and excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills.
