About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Coordinating and managing all aspects of projects, including team supervision and resource allocation
  • Collaborating closely with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant safety, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Preparing and presenting detailed progress reports to stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving continuous optimisation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
