Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction, with expertise in developing and preparing construction shop drawings, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating architectural/structural/M&E drawings, preparing and updating drawing registry, estimating material and production costs, and assisting the project and other departments on drawing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare construction shop drawings, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software.
  • Coordination of Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings.
  • Prepare and update drawing registry.
  • Estimate material and production costs.
  • Assist the project and other departments on drawing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Certificate/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in building construction.
  • Understanding of technical drawings & building materials.
  • Good communication skills to effectively communicate between internal teams, suppliers & clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in software such as Autocad, Revit, and Microsoft Office is essential.

You should also have knowledge of building construction, architecture, and engineering principles. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively would be advantageous.
