  4. Product Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the corporate transaction banking space, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with transaction banking initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to TapTalent's internal policies and procedures.

Primary Skill Sets

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Good knowledge and understanding of payments, virtual account management, and liquidity management.
  • Experience in working with such systems across geographies, particularly APAC.
  • Knowledge of virtual account management (VAM):
    • Understanding of virtual account structures and their applications in banking.
    • Ability to design and configure virtual account solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Experience in setting up and managing virtual accounts to optimize cash flows and streamline reconciliation processes.
    • Familiarity with the technology platforms and software used for virtual account management.
    • Knowledge of virtual account reconciliation processes and tools.
  • Knowledge of liquidity management (LM):
    • Proficiency in liquidity forecasting techniques and cash flow analysis.
    • Understanding of liquidity management principles and techniques.
    • Ability to develop and implement liquidity management strategies to ensure sufficient cash availability for operational needs while maximizing returns on excess cash.
