Job Title: Sales Manager - Charter Solutions Expert

Avi-Go Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our charter solutions sales efforts in the Asian region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private jet operators and charter brokers in the region.
  • Meet with clients to present our charter solutions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor sales performance, set objectives, and provide coaching and guidance to sales team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in the private jet industry, preferably in sales or charter broking.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions in the private jet industry and ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
  • Motivational speaking experience and multiple language skills are highly desirable.
