Strategic Partnership Manager

About This Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AdStart Media. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and nurturing advertisers and affiliates across various verticals, including lead generation, VOD, mobile subscriptions, and apps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to identify and secure new partners across diverse verticals.
- Develop and execute a robust pipeline that aligns with our company's objectives and contributes to revenue growth.
- Expand our client database by acquiring new advertisers and affiliates, focusing on a broad range of partners.
- Drive the end-to-end business development process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, using data insights and compelling business proposals.
- Manage CRM systems activities, including leads processing, management, and reporting, to enhance efficiency.
- Leverage internal data and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify new growth opportunities, and optimize partner performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) meticulously and generate regular reports to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- English proficiency is a must.
- 4+ years of prior experience in Business Development, Sales, and Affiliate Marketing, with a proven track record of sales across multiple verticals.
- Excellent knowledge of various traffic types, flows, and business models (CPA/CPL/CPI/CPS) and their effects on different products.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to analyze data, performance metrics, and market research to monitor and evaluate business development efforts and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with data management tools and tracking software systems (Affise, Hasoffers, Appsflyer, etc.) and proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, with a deep understanding of automation processes.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, high energy, and positive outlook with a passion for sales and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships across different levels of an organization.
