Event Production Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and implement innovative commercial opportunities and enhancements to improve guest satisfaction at the Attractions. Expand existing festive programming, including significant events, and manage all aspects of event and partner coordination. Identify and execute new revenue-generating initiatives and innovative opportunities. Assist in the upgrades and enhancements of the SkyPark Observation Deck to elevate the overall guest experience. Collaborate with the leadership team on strategic planning, development, and execution of new initiatives and partnerships for the Attractions. Work across departments to package and promote new commercial and strategic offerings at the Attractions. Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment while ensuring top-tier service quality and performance standards. Adhere strictly to all established departmental policies, procedures, and operational standards. Perform any other related duties as assigned.Qualifications
Education & Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism/Hospitality, Event Management, or Project Management.Experience
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Operations, Event Management, or Business Development within the attractions or hospitality sector is preferred.Other Requirements
Familiarity with industry trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in the attractions sector. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong command of written and spoken English (essential), and proficiency in at least one additional language (desirable). Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. Effective communication skills for diverse audiences, both in-person and online. Basic understanding of business principles related to sales volume, revenue generation, and productivity metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
