Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the implementation of our annual performance management framework and assessment. This involves conducting periodic reviews of HR policies and relevant documents, as well as facilitating our performance appraisal cycle.

The successful candidate will streamline relevant processes and work with consultants to enhance our performance management system. They will also provide secretariat support to PM calibration/ranking meetings and assist in reviewing and implementing compensation and rewards policies.

In addition to the above duties, the role requires undertaking other tasks as assigned by management.

  • Experience with performance appraisal processes
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication with Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Resourceful and able to work independently as well as a team
  • Proficient Computer Skills (Standard Software Applications Such as MS Office, Email Communications and Internet Research)
