Senior Performance Optimization Leader

Are you a seasoned professional in performance optimization? Do you have a passion for leading teams and driving results?

  • We are seeking a Senior Performance Optimization Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our maintenance service providers to ensure high functionality and continuous serviceability.
  • You will lead audits and monitor specialist vendors' and outsourced maintenance providers' service standards to ensure alignment with company expectations.
  • You will support senior departmental leadership in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects, fostering strategic growth.
  • You will coordinate project activities and provide support for minor works and capital projects.
  • You will oversee and plan upgrades and improvements, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in ACMV settings within healthcare environments.
