Job Description
As a Quality Enhancement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across various projects and teams. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance product quality, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed plans for quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and analyzing root causes of quality issues.
  • Design and implement corrective and preventive measures to mitigate future quality challenges.
  • Monitor and document product quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct inspections and evaluations to detect and rectify potential quality threats.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure their products meet our quality standards.
  • Work closely with various divisions, including engineering, manufacturing, classification societies, and suppliers, to maintain uniform quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Stay updated on the latest quality enhancement methodologies and tools.
  • Monitor and analyze warranty data for reporting purposes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Recognize and communicate process and product enhancements.
  • Persistently seek to identify and mitigate areas of quality risk before they affect the project.
  • Provide regular communications and reports to key internal stakeholders.
  • Uphold high-quality standards and cost control within budget constraints.
