Product Quality Enhancement Manager

The key to our success lies in the quality of our products. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our medical and non-medical products meet the highest standards of quality.
Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering or quality assurance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance our production process.
- Conduct rigorous inspections and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Investigate and correct root causes of product failures occurring in the field.
- Utilize statistical tools to identify trends and patterns for enhancing the production process and ensuring quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for overall product quality improvement.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of lean and investigation tools such as 8D and fishbone diagrams.
- Proficient in statistical control methods and QMS 9001.
