Job Title: Quality Improvement Specialist

At GE Aerospace, we have a relentless dedication to the future of safe and sustainable flight. Our goal is to enable business metric improvement by driving quality improvement and regulatory/system compliance.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting respective business units in reducing the Cost of Poor Quality through effective RCCA / Dive investigation, presenting findings, and area of improvement. The successful candidate will also lead and review data of rework, warranty complaints, and workmanship scrap from analytics, and present findings and recommendations for improvements.


  • Liaise with Operations/Engineering teams for all quality matters.
  • Engage and train inspectors and certifying staff to ensure disposition & inspection process.
  • Communicate Quality First culture and Quality improvement plans through Quality corner sessions.
  • Review data of rework, warranty complaints, and workmanship scrap from analytics and present findings and recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with established company procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Support internal audits and perform CAR verifications.
  • Check that Process Change Notice (PCN) are accurate and comply with requirements.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (or equivalent).
  • Candidate with relevant aerospace experience in repair/manufacturing or a quality assurance role has added advantage.
  • Candidate with recognized Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification has added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Basic knowledge of PC software (Microsoft Office).
