Enhance Product Excellence as Product Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Quality Assurance Specialist to lead and strengthen our product quality systems.
- Develop, implement, and enhance the department's total quality system to ensure product compliance with specifications.
- Facilitate product and process improvements by providing technical guidance on Quality Engineering (QE) tools and applications.
- Conduct system and process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement preventive quality initiatives to achieve customer quality targets.
- Lead Material Review Board (MRB) meetings on non-conforming materials and drive resolution of quality issues.
- Monitor First Time Quality (FTQ) metrics and drive corrective actions for top recurring issues.
- Respond to customer returns and ensure effective corrective actions are implemented.
We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Physics, or Material Science.
- Prior experience in semiconductor or automotive electronics manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge in quality engineering tools, Six Sigma methodologies, and quality system implementation (TS 16949 / QS 9000 / ISO).
- Familiarity with reliability testing or failure analysis will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
