Production Quality Assurance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Production Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
- Collaborate with engineers to execute test-related activities for server and rack products, guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
- Support and implement PXE Server configuration for products, maintaining optimal performance.
- Maintain and perform server and rack run-in test processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze failures in production products, working closely with engineers to improve processes and minimize downtime.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and implement best practices.
- Update test program master lists and track progress, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Develop and maintain working instructions, providing clear guidance for production teams.
- Provide training on working instructions to production staff, enhancing knowledge and skills.
- Support New Product Introduction processes, ensuring seamless integration into production workflows.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations.
We require candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in C++ and Linux programming languages, and basic software development experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or testing.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
