Job Title: System Performance Optimization Specialist

Job Description

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the optimization of our manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of system integration, performance enhancement, and troubleshooting.

The successful applicant will play a vital role in ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of our manufacturing systems. This includes assisting in robot teaching and PLC program setup to optimize system efficiency.

  • Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation to meet project requirements.

  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for service and application teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Collaborate with customers on-site to provide effective technical support and resolve issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of experience in PLC programming and machine troubleshooting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is an added advantage.
