Key Responsibilities

The High Performance Executive plays a vital role in assisting the High Performance Manager (HPM) to drive divisional success and execute high-performance plans.

Specific duties:

  • Implement ongoing high-performance plans under HPM guidance.
  • Prepare annual reports and applications for Sport Singapore, NYSI, MCCY, and SNOC as required.
  • Support HPM in delivering Sports Medicine and Sports Science services to athletes.
  • Assume Team Manager role for overseas training and competitions.
  • Provide administrative support to the High Performance Team.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma with at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in National Sports Associations is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A team player with resourcefulness and adaptability.
  • Must be able to travel overseas.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Passion for sports.
