Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resource strategies that enhance organizational performance. This includes managing recruitment processes, preparing employment contracts, maintaining employee personal files, coordinating staff training programs, and communicating with department heads.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: The Organizational Development Specialist will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage Recruitment Processes: The successful candidate will manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions.
  • Prepare Employment Contracts: The Organizational Development Specialist will prepare, review, and maintain employment contracts in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain Employee Personal Files: The candidate will maintain accurate and confidential employee personal files, ensuring seamless integration of HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate Staff Training Programs: The Organizational Development Specialist will coordinate staff training programs, collaborating with trainers to achieve effective learning outcomes.
  • Communicate with Department Heads: The successful candidate will communicate with department heads to identify staff training needs and ensure alignment with HR goals.
  • Process Government Training Grants and Absentee Payroll Claims: The Organizational Development Specialist will process government training grants and staff absentee payroll claims in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience in HR or a Related Field: The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving Skills: The Organizational Development Specialist must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment: The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR Software: The Organizational Development Specialist must be proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
