Job Description:

As an Operations/Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall performance of our organization. Your expertise in process review, automation, team management, operations-technology integration, and product management will be critical to the successful execution of our strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined processes that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
  • Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, making necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration across various operational functions.
  • Work closely with the IT and technology teams to develop and implement automated solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, functionalities, and user requirements.
  • Contribute insights from an operations perspective to influence product design and development, ensuring seamless implementation and user satisfaction.
