Module Maintenance and Improvement Specialist
This role is centered around enhancing the performance and reliability of the Diffusion module. As a critical member of the team, you will be responsible for routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing effective solutions to ensure uptime and cycle time requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-duty tasks, identify root causes of equipment issues, and resolve them promptly.
- Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting in accordance with cleanroom standards.
- Maintain thermal process tools, including vertical and horizontal furnaces, as well as ion implantation tools, to ensure accurate dosage and energy levels.
- Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor tools for Diffusion – Furnace (TEL & KE) and Implant (AMAT, PURION & SMIT) tools.
- Work under rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a 12'' (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong problem-solving ability, hands-on technical aptitude, and willingness to work shifts.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams.
- Goal driven and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
