Job Description:

This role is responsible for implementing and enhancing core ServiceNow modules. This includes Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management workflows.

Key responsibilities include configuring and updating Discovery schedules, monitoring daily runs for errors, and troubleshooting issues to ensure reliable CI identification and population.

The ideal candidate will also enhance Discovery probes and patterns to support complex infrastructure and cloud environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant ServiceNow training in ITSM, Discovery, and scripting modules
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Proven track record with ServiceNow ITSM modules and Discovery implementation
  • Experience with form customization, API integration, and dashboard/report creation
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting platform issues and scripting errors
