**Job Title:** System Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to support defect management, UAT, and system enhancements in the banking industry.

A key aspect of this position is to provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and fixes.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a basic understanding of software testing or SDLC.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support defect tracking and follow-ups with users and technology teams.
  • Assist in planning, preparing, and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and live verification.
  • Document test cases and results for fixes and regression testing.
  • Maintain system parameters based on user requests.
  • Participate in system enhancements and provide testing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Flexible to support off-hours testing when needed.
