We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Technical Systems Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your technical expertise to drive assessment and recommendations for new IT software projects and initiatives that support and enhance our existing Microsoft/TIBCO based systems.

Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities to improve business processes, coordinating application development across multiple projects, and providing assistance in troubleshooting software application issues.

Additionally, you will troubleshoot technical issues, identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements, analyze data contained in the corporate database, and implement solutions.

You will also provide guidance and advice to business users on the effective use of applications and information technology, write technical procedures and documentation, and produce technical documentation for new and existing applications.
