Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Cash Project Manager to join our team at DBS Bank. As a key member of our Group Technology and Operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting various Regional Cash projects, including end-to-end project management, UAT, and operationalization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Regional Cash projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across locations to gather requirements and document user stories.
  • Perform end-to-end UAT, document test scenarios, and execute test cases.
  • Provide timely updates and status reports on project progress to key stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of test managers and testers to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage resourcing, onboarding, training, and day-to-day management of contract resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • 8-10 years of experience in managing Cash and Payment related projects in a large, global financial institution at a Regional Level.
  • Familiarity with change management lifecycle and agile methodology.
  • Good handling of technology for mainframe systems, including payments, receivables, and liquidity management systems.
  • Understanding and inclination towards new technologies impacting payments, such as Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, and Data Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently, gather requirements, prepare project plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good insight into the latest digital technologies, including Agile, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Computing.
  • Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed and a passion for digital automation.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.
  • Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and out-of-the-box.
  • Knowledge of Transaction Banking Cash products is preferred.
