Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Cash Project Manager to lead and support various Regional Cash projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing Cash and Payment related projects and will be responsible for leading a team of test managers and testers to deliver projects in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Regional Cash projects through participation as core member, including End to End project management, UAT, and Operationalisation.
  • Liaise with stakeholders in T&O teams across locations to gather requirements and document user stories.
  • Perform end-to-end UAT, document test scenarios, document and execute test cases.
  • Provide timely updates and status reports on project progress to all key stakeholders and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Lead and manage a team of test managers and testers to deliver projects in a timely manner, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Manage resourcing, onboarding, training, and day-to-day management of contract resources, including budgeting and invoicing administration for the Cash Integrated Testing Resource team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.
  • 8-10 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in managing Cash and Payment related projects, preferably in a large, global financial institution at a Regional Level.
  • Familiarity with change management lifecycle and agile methodology.
  • Good handling of technology for mainframe systems, including payments, receivables, and liquidity management systems.
  • Understanding and inclination towards new technologies impacting payments, such as Blockchain, Robotic Process Automation, Generative AI, and Data Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently to gather requirements, prepare project plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform end-to-end UAT, document test scenarios, document, and execute test cases.
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Good insight into the latest digital technologies, including Agile, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Application Programming Interface, Cloud Computing, and Mobile Technology.
  • Self-starter with tenacity to succeed and passionate about digital automation.
  • Willing to challenge the status quo to drive better outcomes.
  • Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and out-of-the-box.
  • Knowledge of Transaction Banking Cash products is preferred.
