Business Growth Manager

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and increasing the organization's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies and tactics to drive growth.
  • Maintain positive relationships with local and regional vendors to secure best-in-market rates for customer proposals.
  • Analyze customer performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales/business development experience in freight forwarding, shipping, air cargo, or logistics.
  • Possession of a Class 3 License and ownership of a vehicle are mandatory.
