We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing all aspects of human resources, including employee recruitment, work permits, payroll, compensation, benefits, and more.

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Consolidate payroll data and ensure timely submissions for CPF, IR8A, and IR21 forms.
  • Prepare and submit IR8A and IR21 forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the hiring process, including interview arrangements and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate staff details in our master database.
  • Review and improve workflow procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Safeguard HR system integrity and compliance with statutory reporting requirements.
