We are looking for a senior operations specialist to join our team and lead growth initiatives in the Web3 space.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing overall growth strategies, leveraging campaigns to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Web3 growth, with a proven track record of at least 2 years working on Web3 projects, exchanges, or medias.

Required skills include extensive experience in marketing and/or operations roles, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Bonus points for experience working on Web3 projects that listed in notable exchanges, owning a Web3 IP on Twitter, or having experience building a Web3 IP.

Job Description
  • Develop and manage growth campaigns to increase trading volume and attract new traders.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and inform campaign strategies.
  • Oversee project management from conception through execution.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience working on Web3 projects, exchanges, or medias.
  • Extensive experience in marketing and/or operations roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (business level).
