Operations Excellence Director

As an Operations Excellence Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of facilities to ensure efficient operation and achievement of business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contracts and be able to work closely with customers, peers, and subordinates to foster effective working relationships. You will also provide leadership to site teams to drive operational excellence, develop and train staff to improve productivity and competencies, and implement best practices as specified.

In addition, you will maintain records and reports necessary to comply with regulatory standards and codes. You will also prepare regular reports and contribute to the financial administration of client projects, including completing timesheets and updating budgets.

Key responsibilities include managing suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery and cost-effective pricing, ensuring compliance with company processes and policies, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Business Development Manager for new business accounts, maintain high employee morale, and secure additional works to increase business volume.

Other key areas of responsibility include security services, cleaning services, landscaping services, food services, and water treatment operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal relations ability, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be committed to continuous improvement and best practices.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology, 3-5 years' experience in direct supervision of multi-building operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
