We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Management Trainee to join our F&B team. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our Drink stalls in the food court or coffee shop, ensuring efficient service and workflow.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer transactions using cash registers or Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handling various payment methods such as cash, credit cards, coupons, Net cards, and cashless options.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a professional attitude, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and adhering to company SOPs for food and beverage preparation and service.
- Focus on minimizing product wastage to meet gross profit targets, while actively driving sales through upselling and cost control strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels of both perishable and non-perishable items, place orders through the e-PR system, and conduct monthly stock-takes following the FIFO method.
- Assist the F&B supervisor with team scheduling, recruitment, training, and development, contribute to creating new in-house products, and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and licensing standards.
