Job Overview

The role of Assistant Director, Care Transformation entails driving innovation and project development to transform care delivery systems. As a visionary leader, this individual will spearhead workshops, forge partnerships, and catalyze the hospital's mission to become a cutting-edge healthcare institution.

This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead, facilitate, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading workshops, influencing stakeholders, building relationships, organizing events, developing strategies, planning resources, establishing secretariat roles, preparing documents, identifying training needs, designing solutions, and measuring performance indicators.

A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, good presentation and critical thinking skills, strong analytical and writing skills, and system thinking and strategic planning capabilities.

Requirements
  • Degree or higher qualification from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in operations or project management
