Senior Leadership Role

Singapore Health Services is a leading healthcare provider in Singapore, committed to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes through innovation and collaboration. We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive comprehensive digital readiness and change management programmes across our healthcare cluster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to support organisational transformation, including digital initiatives, restructures, or cultural shifts.
  • Workshops and Surveys: Lead workshops, focus groups, and surveys to gauge employee sentiment and readiness for change.
  • Training Programmes: Oversee the design and delivery of training programmes to ensure employees are equipped for new systems, tools, or processes.
  • Impact Assessments: Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and areas of resistance.
  • Communication Plans: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to articulate the rationale, benefits, and progress of digital health readiness initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify, analyse, and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
  • Leadership Support: Support senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their roles in digital health readiness.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks associated with digital health efforts, providing contingency plans as needed.
  • Post-Implementation Evaluations: Conduct post-implementation evaluations and lessons learnt reviews.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Behavioural Science, Human Factors or Communications or equivalent with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experience in healthcare settings with knowledge of hospital operations (clinical and/or support functions) will be advantageous.
  • Organisational Development: Experience in Organisational Development will be an advantage.
  • Professional Certification: Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) will be an advantage.
  • Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Task Driven: Task driven, strong facilitation, planning and analytical skills.
