Job Overview

You will play a pivotal role in strategizing and developing initiatives to build an agile, motivated, and engaged Allied Health workforce. Our goal is to deliver quality integrated care to meet the nation's current and future healthcare needs.

Key responsibilities include driving transformation efforts in service development, innovation, research, education, workforce planning, digital health, and data, as well as person-centred care.

Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to enhance service delivery within and beyond the Hospital, while ensuring adequate workforce capacity and capability, and a conducive culture for professional growth.


Key Requirements
  • A degree and preferably a postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in a managerial role, with at least 8 years' experience in a relevant work environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading improvement / innovation projects and managing change with a sound understanding of quality improvement principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strong interpersonal skills.
