
Healthcare Transformation Lead

As a key member of our Digital Health Readiness (DHR) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery. We are seeking a Senior Manager to drive comprehensive digital readiness and change management programmes across our healthcare cluster.
This includes designing and implementing DHR strategies to support organisational transformation, as well as overseeing the design and delivery of training programmes to ensure employees are equipped for new systems, tools, or processes.

Lead workshops, focus groups, and surveys to gauge employee sentiment and readiness. Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and areas of resistance. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to articulate the rationale, benefits, and progress of DHR initiatives.

A degree in Behavioural Science, Human Factors, or Communications is required, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare settings, particularly with knowledge of hospital operations, is advantageous. A professional certification in Change Management will also be considered.

As a Senior Manager on our DHR team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and executives, supporting them in fulfilling their DHR roles. You will also contribute to post-implementation evaluations and lessons learnt reviews.
