Job Title:
Healthcare Transformation Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Healthcare Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving operational improvements and service excellence at our National Cancer Institute. You will lead and support service transformation projects aimed at improving service efficiency, patient experience scores, and staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other service quality improvement methodologies.
2. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service improvements and effectiveness.
3. Work with IT teams to integrate automation and relevant digital tools that improve patient engagement and support service transformation.
4. Engage with clinical, nurses, pharmacists and administrative teams to drive change initiatives in service transformation.
5. Monitor inpatient and outpatient feedback from patients and engage of patients to understand and address service gaps.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Business Administration, Public Health or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in all or one of these: healthcare service improvement, operations or project management.
3. Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent) is an advantage.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem solving abilities.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced, complex healthcare environment with patient centered approach.
