Job Overview

The incumbent will be part of a team responsible for managing registration policies and operations for healthcare professionals, while contributing to the transformation of regulatory initiatives across the sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of a comprehensive review of regulatory transformation processes, including process mapping and proposing enhancements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and staff on transformation plans, engaging in change management activities as necessary.
  • Provide staffing and secretariat support for the regulatory transformation review.

In addition to these duties, the incumbent may be required to review policies related to healthcare professional registration, provide support for Board/Council meetings, and handle registration-related matters.

Requirements:
  1. A background in administration, healthcare regulations, or business process reviews would be advantageous.
  2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to explore issues from multiple perspectives.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
