Healthcare Operations Director Role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our healthcare vision across Asia-Pacific. This position focuses on enhancing clinical operations, improving service delivery, and ensuring high standards across the region.

You'll work closely with senior management and local teams to support the development of our healthcare portfolio, helping to integrate services and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and integration of our healthcare provision business across Asia-Pacific, driving operational excellence, financial stewardship, and clinical governance across multi-site healthcare operations.

A bachelor's degree and master's degree in Business Administration or MBBS are highly desirable, along with 10–15 years of experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations, ideally across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate will possess strong background in clinical operations, financial management, and strategic programme execution, with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation in complex healthcare environments.

Requirements:

  • Lead the development and integration of our healthcare provision business across Asia-Pacific.
  • Drive operational excellence, financial stewardship, and clinical governance across multi-site healthcare operations.
  • Collaborate with local business units to identify and execute growth opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and greenfield investments.
  • Develop and implement best practices in clinical operations, risk management, and technology adoption.
  • Define and uphold standards for clinical quality, risk management, and governance to ensure safe, compliant, and high-performing healthcare delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Business Administration or MBBS is a plus.
  • 10–15 years of experience in managing multi-site healthcare operations, ideally across multiple markets.
  • Strong background in clinical operations, financial management, and strategic programme execution.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation in complex healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
