Healthcare Strategist for Digital Transformation

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Strategist to lead our team in driving digital transformation and innovation in the life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in managing strategy, design, delivery, and translation of AI projects and/or data projects and/or digital innovation projects in Life Sciences.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and innovation.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver medium to large-scale digital/data/AI consulting projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their strategic imperatives.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and project management skills. They will also have a deep understanding of the healthcare and life sciences industry, including the latest trends and technologies. Experience in working with senior industry executives and ability to interface with them effectively is also essential.

Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, with demonstrable credentials in one or more of the following areas:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing strategy, design, delivery and translation of AI projects and/or data projects and/or digital innovation projects in Life Sciences
  • Consulting experience, with delivery of medium / large size digital/data/AI consulting projects
  • Industry experience in Life Sciences, particularly in digital/data/AI technical or project teams
  • Relevant professional qualifications AI engineering, Data Science or Data/AI strategy, focused on application to healthcare and life sciences
